About Us
CarePoint Clinic opened in 2016 in the Family Life Center on the Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church campus. This dedicated space allows us to partner with individuals of all ages and walks of life who find themselves in need of accessible, affordable, high-quality health care.
Our volunteer staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and coordinators are dedicated to helping make a difference in our community through access to essential healthcare.
